This month marks an impressive 20 years that Tanya has worked at Pacific Coast Commercial. We celebrated her milestone with gifts and a special luncheon to honor her commitment and dedication.
Tanya’s positive energy, bubbly personality, and hard work make her a standout team member. Her colleagues describe her as funny, full of unique facts, and a fantastic storyteller!

What she loves about property management: The challenge of finding solutions and bridging the gap between landlords and tenants. It’s also nice to have the mix of in-office work and out-in-the-field property visits!
Dream career (outside of commercial real estate): Field Investigator for Taxonomy to discover new species in the wild.
Favorite quotes: “Life is an adventure if you choose to make it one.” “The most important job I will ever have is being a parent.”
Fun fact: Nicknamed "Tanya Dolittle," she's had a zoo of animals at home over the years, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, snakes, lizards, turtles, chinchillas, chickens and goats. And there have always been horses in the barn!
Introvert or Extrovert? Extrovert all the way—perfect for building strong connections with owners, tenants, and vendors.
Biggest Adventure? She once traveled to Ireland to help her daughter purchase an Irish Sport Horse!
