How many years have you worked at PCC?
13 years, on 9/14/2025 it will be my 14th year. This date is meaningful to me because it is the day my daughter was born ( 9.14.16).
What is the best part of working at PCC?
The culture. Everyone is so kind and accessible. I love the people that make PCC a great company.
If you had to choose a career outside of real estate management, what would it be? When I was a kid, I really wanted to be a vet. I love animals! I would have loved to have farm full of animals. (Not anymore, I know the hard work that comes with that) I did go to college to be an interpreter. I love being able to help others.
What’s your favorite book, movie or TV show?
I love the Mary Poppins movie.
Do you have a favorite quote or life motto?
My dad since I was a kid would always tell me to not worry about issues that I cannot control because things always happen for a reason. I always remember that. Also, I try to be kind and patient with others because I never know what their struggles are. Kindness goes a long way.
What is a fun fact about you that people may not know?
I worked at See’s Candies when I was 19 years old for a couple of years. One of my favorite jobs I have had. I still remember the type of chocolates that are in each box just by looking at the texture. I still get asked by the Manager to come back to work for them Part-Time, as tempting as the offer is I have declined. I love the unlimited chocolate I could eat and help people create their chocolate boxes.
Do you consider yourself more of a morning person or a night owl?
I am a morning person. I love to get everything done early and have the afternoon to relax.
What hobbies or activities bring you the most joy?
Hanging out with my daughter makes me happy. Just doing random activities (our nails, going to Starbucks, Claire’s) or even a Target run brings me joy. I love hanging out with my family too. Every Sunday morning we go out to have breakfast its written in stone. Sunday breakfast consist of my parents, my sister, her boyfriend, their new baby boy, my husband and my daughter. I miss my brother. I wish he could joins us too. He lives in Georgia with his wife and baby boy. I am very close to my siblings.
What’s one goal or dream you’re working toward right now?
My goal is to grow the storage department and give our storage staff more opportunities to grow within our department. I would like to have the company be well known as an excellent management company that exceeds other companies when it comes to Self-Storage Management.
