Chase started his real estate career at the age of 19  as the office manager & transaction coordinator for Crighton Real Estate Holdings in Las Vegas back in 2005, where he swiftly transitioned into the property management division of the company assuming the role of Vice President of Management. Chase and his team managed a diverse portfolio comprising over 75 residential & commercial properties across the Las Vegas and Henderson areas, demonstrating proficiency in areas such as marketing, accounting, leasing operations, and tenant retention.

In 2008, Chase was brought on as one of a select few commercial leasing brokers for the Rothwell Gornt Companies and RCS Development, a retail development company based out of Las Vegas, NV. Here he assisted in the marketing, leasing, and vetting of tenants for retails centers throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

In 2013 Chase relocated to San Diego where he was brought on as the Director of Leasing & Sales for Four Seasons Properties. Here he ran the companies commercial real estate division, handling all aspects from tenant representation, landlord representation, leasing of vacant space, and commercial sales.

In 2019 Chase joined The Tenant Rep Group at Voit Real Estate Services and further fortified his position within the industry while bringing his wealth of transactional experience to one of San Diego County's premier Tenant Representation real estate teams. With a comprehensive focus spanning diverse sectors including Office, Industrial, R&D/Flex, Retail, and Medical, Chase has facilitated numerous successful transactions, representing a diversified group of tenants, landlord, and buyers.
